  1. The almost black images are good and so are the white ones. Maybe you need to focus more on the almost grey ones and either take more or edit them better. Otherwise all the pictures look good

  2. I absolutely agree with Mahim, I feel like you were so good with underexposure (black) you just continued for the grey ;) I would advise you to look again on the examples of the task and maybe the other students work to get a feel for the grey assignment. Maybe your car wheel could even work if you cut the dark parts on the top and bottom. I think for the other two assignments you already did an amazing job. I love the use of light in your dark portrait - you only see its a portrait because of it. This tiny withe line tells a story. But also the withe one with a hand is kind of catching me because of its eeriness. Your simplicity in these is great.

  3. Your first four photos are very minimalistic which does an amazing job of putting the focus on the black/white. I especially like the black photograph with the outline of a face, it's super interesting that you can see a glimpse of their expression but not much else! The almost grey photos have a good choice of subjects, but I would try to lower the contrast and raise the black point so that the values of grey are closer to one another. I'd also experiment with the cropping of the first grey photograph. It might look cool if there was more of that negative space above the circle as well, or even going in the opposite direction and using a tight square crop. Good work so far, I'm excited to see how they turn out!
